Returns made with the intent of purchasing multiple sizes or styles for fitting and later partial returns are not accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

You will receive the return address of our supplier warehouse (located in China) and detailed shipping instructions.

Ship the item back at your own cost, including any customs duties or taxes applied during shipment.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package reaches our facility safely.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after confirmation of receipt.
Refunds cover the product price only — original shipping fees and return costs are non-refundable.
