Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, including questions about orders, shipping, returns, sizing, and styling.

  • Proactively track orders and resolve delivery issues with our logistics partners and suppliers.

  • Manage returns and exchanges in line with our policies and ensure clear communication throughout.

  • Keep FAQs, macros, and help content up to date to improve first-contact resolution.

  • Capture customer insights and share feedback with the merchandising, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in our support tools.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in e-commerce customer support or a similar online role.

  • Strong written English and a warm, professional tone.

  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Gorgias or Zendesk, and basic order management workflows.

  • Ability to work independently, meet response time targets, and handle multiple conversations at once.
